Training of Engineers:

Training of Engineers of Rural Background in water and waste water treatment Sector
AGES has been working in the field of education and this education is not up to school going children but it is also working providing guidance to young graduate and diploma engineers specifically for rural background who wish to enter into water and waste water sector. It is clear that after doing engineering studies from various colleges young engineers do not have idea where to go and find suitable opening to start their career. Fresh graduates search jobs in factories, PSUs and government departments and they are not aware about the huge opportunities in water and waste water sector. It is a field which needs immediate attention of Government at centre and state level. European countries and the USA have been far ahead in this field than the Asian and the African countries.

Our country also does not have good water and waste water treatment infrastructure besides it we lack in water distribution infrastructure also and therefore we have huge opportunities in this sector and we need to develop engineers for this sector. Government of India has been giving too much emphasis on it and certainly many projects will come and we need engineers with skills to work in water and waste water treatment sector to successfully execute projects. Advance Global Engineering Services has been in the field of imparting training to young graduate and diploma engineers of “Rural Background”. It has already given training to approximately 15 engineers who have been working presently in the same sector with different companies. We have professional engineers having vast experience in water and waste water treatment sector with experience ranging from 10 years to 25 years. We impart training in design, proposal development, project execution, construction supervision and project management. AGES has been striving hard for this objective to support government and other EPC companies indirectly. Those who wish to take training and continue their career in this sector may apply.
